In case you haven't noticed, 3D programming is all of the rage now. Computer hardware has matured to the point that stuff that was impossible 5 years ago is now very possible. This article explores the emerging field of realtime 3D graphics programm ing and lays down the basics for future articles to build upon.

The Basics
Vectors and 3D coordinate spaces are the focus of this article. We go through and describe all of the required fundementals to getting a 3D engine up and running. Although no code is presented, it is a valuable article.
