We decided that Chris will write a parser for the IR code. I will generate
ASCII text IR (and create some test cases for Chris to test his parser on).

The x86 VM will use explicit registers, stack locations, global offsets, and
expand call foo(...) IR syntax into the appropriate push/pop sequences.

We will have our documents (IR and VM) in for review Monday. We will also be
meeting from 12-12:30 on tuesdays.
